F. Ball Rewards Relaunched

F. Ball and Co. Ltd. has launched ‘Ball Rewards’, a new, rebranded and revitalised version of its loyalty scheme for flooring contractors and retailers.

The original scheme was introduced more than 10 years ago to support and reward F. Ball customers. Now the company wants to help flooring professionals rebound from the effects of lockdown.

Free to join, the initiative rewards members with cashback every time they purchase F. Ball products. They also gain access to a wide range of exclusive benefits, including advanced previews of new products, the opportunity to enter monthly competitions for a chance to win exclusive prizes, extra cashback on promotional products, and access to F. Ball’s monthly newsletter, F-Talk.

Commenting on the launch of Ball Rewards, Darren Kenyon, F. Ball Sales Director, said: “Supporting the flooring industry has long been part of our ethos. For over 10 years, this has involved a rewards scheme that provides a financial advantage. This is particularly important to us as companies find their feet after lockdown, so I encourage flooring professionals who are not already members to sign up and start making the most of the benefits.

“We also want to assure contractors of the availability of our wide range other support services, including expert technical advice. Our technical service team are contactable by phone, email and video messaging apps during normal office hours. Site visits can also be arranged where necessary and conditions allow for social distancing.”
