Fast Flooring from Milliken For Agile Times

Fast flooring from Milliken Quick Ship Programme

Milliken has transformed and re-launched its ship-from-stock programme. The new 24 Hour Despatch From Stock, Quick Ship programme enables a convenient, rapid turnaround service, without compromising on creativity or quality. It was developed in response to current market conditions; where deadlines are getting tighter and demand for quick turnaround on projects is increasingly essential. Included in the programme is a vast array of 100 plus design and colour options available for despatch within 24 hours of order placement.

Milliken is uniquely placed to offer this service because all of its carpet tiles for the European market are manufactured in the United Kingdom. From the company’s Wigan base nearly 600 people are employed and 2021 saw the 35th year Milliken has been making carpet tiles in Britain.

There is a minimum order quantity of just one box, however up to 500m² of carpet tiles and 150m² of LVT can be shipped within just 24 hours of ordering. The Milliken collections available under the Quick Ship programme include the newly launched and already top-selling, Northward Bound, as well as the ever-popular Nordic Stories and Tracing Landscapes carpet tile collections. Also included are over 40 LVT design and colour choices and Milliken’s OBEX entrance flooring tiles.

Alison Kitchingman, Director of Marketing and Design at Milliken said: “We’ve made vast improvements to our Quick Ship service, acknowledging the current market conditions and the changing needs of buyers and specifiers. As our lives become ever more digital, the pace of business gets faster and deadlines get even tighter. We’ve collated a selection of our customers favourite carpet, LVT and entrance flooring products, in a range of construction types and price points, to help make choosing Milliken flooring even easier.”
