F. Ball Unveils New Website

F. Ball and Co. Ltd. has completely redesigned and relaunched its website to faster connect visitors with information they need to know about the company’s products and industry-leading support services.

The brand-new website utilises the most advanced principles of web design to allow effortless and intuitive navigation to key content, such as clear and concise product information and technical support pages.:

Lisa Shirley, F. Ball marketing communications manager, explains “We wanted to use the latest know-how and web-based applications to enhance the online F. Ball customer experience and provide tools to support flooring contractors, retailers and specifiers alike. After many months of development, we’re delighted to reveal the results.”

A new online chat facility means visitors can now speak with an F. Ball technical service officer to get a quick response to questions about F. Ball products and how to use them, and places on training courses at the F. Ball Centre of Excellence can be reserved, for free, using a new booking tool.

Amongst key features is an information hub with articles covering key subfloor preparation and floorcovering installation topics. It also allows visitors to view and compare the company’s products.

The new website includes a dedicated area for the Ball Rewards customer loyalty scheme, where members can find out about exclusive promotions, such as regular cashback on purchases of F. Ball products, as well as competitions and subscribe to the F-Talk e-newsletter.

Wholesaler and F. Ball technical and retail representative locators enable flooring professionals to find their nearest stockist of F. Ball products, as well as arrange site visits from one of the company’s installation experts to advise on the best course of action for particular projects.

It also features a digital version of F. Ball’s industry-acclaimed Recommended Adhesives Guide (RAG), which lists the compatibility of the company’s adhesives with over 6,000 floorcoverings from more than 200 manufacturers. An integrated coverage calculator shows exactly how much of an F. Ball adhesive or smoothing compound is required for a specific project based on floor area.
